In Everdell, opponents take turns sending workers to collect resources or purchasing buildings or critter cards to add to your city. The rules are light and very straight forward so getting up to speed with the game is quick. The game also has several expansions which can all physically connect to the original game so you are able to expand this game as desired. The game also has a solo mode with mechanics for the 'computer' written into the game.
